Clinical Supervision
Space to reflect. Room to grow.
Clinical supervision offers counsellors and therapists a dedicated space to explore their work, develop their practice, and sustain their wellbeing as practitioners.
What is clinical supervision?
Clinical supervision is a professional requirement for practising counsellors and therapists — but it's also much more than a box to tick. At its best, supervision is a rich, reflective space where you can bring the full complexity of your client work and explore it with an experienced, supportive colleague.
Good supervision helps you to work more effectively, maintain ethical standards, and protect your own wellbeing. It's a space where you can be honest about the challenges of the work — including the parts that are difficult, confusing, or emotionally demanding.
Who is supervision for?

My supervision approach
I offer supervision that is warm, collaborative, and grounded in genuine curiosity about your work. I draw on an integrative framework, which means I can work with practitioners from a range of therapeutic orientations.
I aim to create a supervision relationship that is both supportive and appropriately challenging — a space where you feel safe enough to bring your uncertainties, and confident that we'll explore them together with care and rigour.
