Individual Counselling
You don't have to carry this alone.
Counselling offers a confidential, one-to-one space where you can explore what's troubling you — at your own pace, without judgement.
What is counselling?
Counselling is a talking therapy that gives you dedicated time and space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences with a trained professional. It's not about being told what to do — it's about being truly heard, and finding your own way forward.
People come to counselling for many different reasons. Some are going through a specific difficulty — bereavement, relationship breakdown, anxiety, or a major life change. Others simply feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves and want support in making sense of things.

My approach
I work in an integrative, person-centred way — which means I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches and tailor the work to suit you as an individual. At the heart of everything I do is a deep respect for your autonomy and your own inner wisdom.
I am trained in person-centred therapy, EFT, and experienced in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based approaches. I believe that the therapeutic relationship itself — the quality of connection and trust between us — is one of the most powerful agents of change.
